CrawlSphere accesses your Google Search Console data only with your explicit authorization. We use this data solely to provide the Service features you request. We do not sell or share your Google data with third parties. You can revoke access at any time through your Google account settings.
4. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Search Console data is retained according to your subscription plan (up to 90 days for Pro, up to 365 days for Premium and Enterprise). You may request deletion of your data at any time.

We take reasonable measures to help protect your information from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored encrypted at rest.
6. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may process your data:
- Cloudflare — infrastructure and security
- Stripe — payment processing
- Google OAuth — authentication and Search Console access
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
