By accessing or using CrawlSphere (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the Service.
1. Use of the Service
CrawlSphere provides AI-powered SEO and AEO intelligence tools. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Scrape or harvest data from the Service beyond normal use
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Subscription and Billing
CrawlSphere offers paid subscription plans. Fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice.
4. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CrawlSphere and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrawlSphere shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
